Sokina Nibash is an elegant 3-story residential retreat situated in Barkal, Anwara, along the scenic banks of the Karnaphuli River. Designed for Mr. Md. Rizwan (C.A.), this project seamlessly integrates the tranquility of a rural landscape with the comforts of modern architecture, creating a sanctuary for family life.

Total Area: 4,650 Sq. Ft. (3 Floors combined).
Floor Area: 1,550 Sq. Ft. per floor.
Structure: G+2 (3-Story Residential Building).
